TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before purchasing a ticket/s. We recommend you bookmark this page for future reference.
2. Where you purchase Event tickets on behalf of another delegate or multiple delegates, such Delegates will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions stated, and you agree to procure their compliance with the same.
3. Any queries regarding the Event or the Terms and Conditions, including any special access requirements, should be emailed to events@roboyo.appealstaging.co.uk prior to purchasing a ticket/s.
4. We reserve the right to cancel any registrations or ticket purchases from direct competitors to Roboyo Group Limited or any of its subsidiaries.
5. Tickets may be purchased online via Eventbrite or by making an email or telephone enquiry to the Roboyo sales team.
6. All sums quoted are exclusive of applicable value added tax and are payable without deduction on the specified dates.
7. Failure to pay any sums due by a specified date will permit Roboyo Group Limited to cancel this agreement by written notice to you, however you will still be required to pay the full amount agreed as highlighted in the cancellation clause below.
8. Roboyo Group Limited reserves the right to cancel the event at any time in which case any payments already made by you for tickets will be refunded in full.
9. Roboyo Group Limited reserves the right to amend the date and venue of the event at any time due to reasons beyond our control for which you will be advised in writing and no refund will be issued. Ticket cancellation rules will apply to the new event date.
10. Changes to features of the event (including speakers) may be necessary due to events outside our control and Roboyo Group Limited therefore reserves the right to make any necessary amendments to the programme or content of the event.
11. Tickets are non-cancelable and non-transferable.
12. Payments received beyond our agreed credit terms will be subject to an interest charge of 8% above the bank base rate on the entire amount including any VAT. We also reserve the right to charge an additional fixed late payment fee of €50 to cover our administrative costs.
13. The views of any speaker appearing at the event will be the views solely of the speaker concerned and Roboyo Group Limited will have no responsibility for them.
14. No children under the age of 18 are allowed to attend Roboyo Group Limited Events.
